Thunder Alley Has a Weekend Off

Evans Mills NY…. As part of their 2009 schedule, Thunder Alley Speed Park will be hosting a night off on Saturday, July 4, 2009. Racing action will instead focus on Thunder Alley’s sister track, Caprara’s Can-Am Motorsports Park as they host The Budweiser Shoot Out. Racing action at Thunder Alley will resume on Saturday, July 11, 2009.

“We have a lot of racing going on at Can-Am on this 4th of July Weekend,” stated Chip Burdick. “We will give Thunder Alley a week off as we focus on Can-Am. We have so much amazing racing with all divisions in action including the SUNY Canton Sportsman and SUNY Canton Street Stock Series. Our fans will have a great time at Can-Am that weekend, but we will be back at Thunder Alley on the 11th of July.”

Thunder Alley begins each Saturday night with hot laps at 6:30pm with racing action beginning promptly at 7pm. The pit gates and general admission will open at 5pm. Admission is $12 for adults, Students 10 to 14 will get in for $5 and ages 9 and under are always free.
