Stock Series Returns to Thunder Alley
Evans Mills NY… After three weeks off, the SUNY Canton Street
Stock Series will return to action at Thunder Alley on Friday, May
16, 2008. The Series will complete a 50 lap feature event with the
winner taking home a cool $1,000 to win.
“The Street Stock Series has had a lot of success,” commented Chip
Burdick. “We are really happy with the way that the series is
turning out. The Series will have back to back events up in the
North Country as the following night they will compete at our
sister track, Can-Am.”
Last time the SUNY Canton Street Stock Series was in action, Russ
Marsden picked up the win. If Marsden is able to win at Thunder
Alley, he will win a $600 bonus. If Marsden is unable to collect
the win at Thunder Alley, then the winner of that feature event
will be eligible for a $800 bonus at Can-Am the following night.
Joining the SUNY Canton Street Stock Series, will be the Thunder
Cars and Mod Lites divisions along with a 50 lap enduro. The top
three in the Enduro will collect $500, $300 and $200.
Gates open at 5pm on Friday, May 16, 2008, with racing action
beginning promptly at 7:30. Admission is $12 for adults, children
ages 10 to 14 are $5 and children 9 and under are always free.
Military are also given a half price admission for general
admission tickets.

2008 CAN-AM SCHEDULE

La Fargeville NY Caprara's Can-Am Motorsports Park announces their 2008 racing schedule. Can-Am will kick off their 2008 season on Saturday, April 19, 2008 with the SUNY Canton Street Stock Series, ESDCA Mod Lites, DIRTcar Prostocks, a Modified Dash for Cash, along with open practice for all remaining divisions.

Evans Mills NY Caprara's Thunder Alley Speed Park has announced their 2008 racing schedule. The schedule will host 20 race dates including the SUNY Canton Street Stock Series. We are really excited about the 2008 season at Thunder Alley, commented race director Chip Burdick. I think we have put together a very solid schedule and we have included quite a few dates for our SUNY Canton Street Stock Series which includes a special few events for that series.
